Introduction

HoRenSo+ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have regarding your data when you use the HoRenSo+ application (“App”) on any platform.

This policy is designed to comply with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1.1), Google Play’s Data Safety Policy, and applicable privacy requirements. When you use HoRenSo+, we collect and process personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide, maintain, support, and improve the HoRenSo+ service.

We do not collect: precise location data, financial information, health data, contacts/address book data, browsing history, or any data from other apps on your device.

Uploaded Files and User Content

Depending on how your company or organization uses HoRenSo+, users may upload chat messages, photos, documents, work-related files, or other information needed for communication and coordination.

Users should only upload files and information that are necessary for using HoRenSo+. Users and organization administrators are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content is appropriate and authorized.

2. Business Trials and Organization Administration

For company or organization trials, the customer may designate one or more SVO coordinators or administrators to manage the trial account. These coordinators or administrators may invite users, manage user access, assist with account setup, coordinate support requests, and help evaluate the service during the trial.

During a trial, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that only authorized users are invited and that any uploaded files or information are appropriate for use within HoRenSo+.

If the customer decides not to continue after the trial, HoRenSo+ will delete trial account data, uploaded files, and related user information upon request or within an agreed period after the trial ends, unless we are required to retain certain information by law.

3. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve HoRenSo+, and only to the extent required.

Service Providers

HoRenSo+ may use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, messaging, voice/video calls, analytics, crash reporting, translation, and support.

Third-Party Chat and Communication Service — GetStream.io

HoRenSo+ uses GetStream.io (“Stream”) to provide real-time chat and messaging functionality. To deliver this service, the following data may be processed by Stream:

Stream processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations. Stream acts as a service provider or data processor on our behalf and is contractually required to protect your data.

AI and Translation Features Disclosure

AI and Translation Processing Notice: Some HoRenSo+ features may use translation, moderation, or AI-assisted processing to support communication between users. When these features are used, relevant message content or user-provided content may be processed by third-party translation or AI service providers only as necessary to provide the requested feature.

Where a feature is optional, users may choose whether to use it. Where a company or organization enables a feature for its users, processing will be limited to the purpose of providing that feature.

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time. We are committed to making data management simple and transparent.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data (including your full chat history, profile information, and any uploaded files) through either of the following methods:

Deletion is permanent. Once processed, your account data—including chat messages, files, and profile information—will be permanently removed from our systems and from our third-party service providers (including Stream) within 30 days.

For company or organization accounts, some requests may need to be coordinated with the customer’s designated administrator or SVO coordinator, especially where the account is managed as part of a company trial or organization workspace.

HoRenSo+ aims to handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and applicable Philippine data privacy requirements where relevant.

Depending on the customer, user location, and nature of the service, additional privacy requirements may apply. We will cooperate with customers and users in responding to reasonable privacy-related requests.
